  • Picture
    Leads the Professional Advisors claim team.  The IIABA Professional Liability program is under her supervision and is divided into two teams.  Each team consists of between five and seven claims adjudicators dedicated to handling Agents’ Professional Liability claims.  This specialization allows our claims teams to become experts in the wide variety of claims experienced by our insureds
